Happy weekend ladies,

Last night: Viper....always feel nice and tight after that workout.

Becky, I continue to keep Alex in my thoughts and prayers.

Cathy - The Viper is one of my favorite circuits.

Continuing the leg love today with B&G. I am really enjoying this rotation. It also calls for C&W abs but I'll be subbing another abd routine, too much straight arm plank work in C&W for my wrist right now.

Have a fabulous day. I have some cleaning to do (not as much as last Saturday since I kept up with some of it this week), laundry, and DH and I have having another couple over for dinner this evening.

Becky - I am glad you are going to the doctor, this sounds serious, and I am sorry you are suffering. Prayers are continuous for your loved ones also.

Today was Drillmax cardio, but I subbed All Body Cardio with Sharon Twombley. Kicked my butt but good!

For some reason... I can't seem to type my workouts correctly!! I am doing L&G today not B&G!

Tammy - I am having cranberry chicken which is a very good! Think chicken breasts, wild rice, whole berry cranberry sauce and a few other things all baked together. Not sure about the side yet but will be a non-starch vegetable... also I'm making my low-fat brownies. YUM!
 
Jane ~ I second what Phyllis said....YUMMO :9

I ended up doing iTread 19/30. I wanted to do abs too, but I was feeling kind of nauseous after my run, so I just stretched and called it a day :+
 
Hi all,

I finally got a decent workout in today. I did the warm up off of S & H Legs and Shoulders then did 2 exercises off of it for Shoulders, then did Muscle Max dumbbell squats, then did the plie squats off of it also, then I did standing leg work, (extensions and raises) off of Legs and Glutes then did PLB floorwork, and finished up with MIS abs and stretch. Nice workout and it made up for all I didn't get done in my workouts throughout the week.

I am off work today to attend a family function. Have a great day!!!:7 :D :)
