Good Morning !
It IS a beautiful morning, and feels like another HOT one!
I'm getting ready to do PUB and would like to do a short CC but might not fit that in. LOTS going on today!!
I laughed at your "babe" comment , Connie (I think it was....) I just turned 45 and don't think that fits, but it was funny!!
Those little pictures hide alot !!! I think I LIKE 'EM !!

Speaking of hotties, I spent the night flashing and sweating. Eww! I know TMI
I think I'll pass on a traditional WO today and work on my 1RM later.
Vilma, are you awake yet? How was the party? Have you finished the book yet? I dropped my DD off around 10 and she came home around 1:30. She read to chapter 4. She needs to read faster so I can get my hands on it.

Hi gals,
I am taking a rest day... my shoulder blade area is still killing me, and I can feel a big knot in it when I have somebody rub it. Nothing is working and I have to go to work this afternoon so I will forgo the workout so I can not be in as much pain at work. I may buy some Aleve at the store before work.
Can't win this week.

Hi Phyllis I didn't want to get online until I finished Breaking Dawn - yes I finished it and you are going to love it!
The author did a fantastic job. I was a good read last night after I got home a bit past midnight I read until 5am woke up did my mom duties and just read read read. LOL
I wish I could talk to someone about my favorite scene out of the book but I don't want to through out spoilers, MY DD is going to start reading it and when she's done I plan on rereading it again without such intensity as I did within the past 24 hours
