Tammy, Cleanmax is on my agenda too as I've been ignoring the house. Of course, last weekend I did nothing for the household. Hopefully, as a reward, i'll get to shopmax this weekend. It is maybe for back to school stuff, but shopping is shopping!:D
 
Hi all,

I did a walking workout (Leslie's) 1 mile, but I added more ooophed to the workout than she does. So I think it was more aerobic than just walking is normally.

I have to do laundry and go to work this afternoon.

Great to see everyone ( almost ) accounted for here today..

I finished CC5 today, that may be one of my new favs, I love that drum section during that last challenge!
I ended up doing Tracey's Coreblast - Standing, step, floor ab sections.

Doing Cleanmax right now.

Hello everyone..... I am TRYING to get back in the groove. AND IT'S HARD! I did a Butts and Guts premix last week that about crippled me for three or four days (DOMS like I've never seen).

Today I did 4DS LIS/shoulders/calves/core... I hope I can move my arms tomorrow.

I got sick with an upper respiratory thing in May and at the same time had a SEVERE RA flare in my right shoulder that sent me to the doctor twice with two steroid shots, one in the shoulder and the next one just in my hip. Then laziness and lagging motivation set in as time went on. Three months now and I'm wondering if I can ever get back to where I was. I'm finding out I can't go full tilt like I use to... the RA is progressing and I am so paranoid about my shoulder.... can't go through that again.

I plan on doing the 4DS with rest days or walks in between this coming week.

Wish me luck. I am rapidly getting out of my clothes, haven't gained much weight at all, may 3 to 5 pounds at most, but I can tell my body composition is changing... three months with no weight training.. I'm getting mushy and soft which really slows down the metabolism! I'm seeing it big time on the tape measure!

Thanks for reading my "whine"... now I hope I can suck it up and do something about it.
