Good Saturday morning! Today I did Zcut Strength workout #8. Only equipment needed was a chair and 10lb db. Clocked in a 15 min. Good workout. Hope to workout again later.

Hi ladies,

no workout for me yesterday. I've been in bed since I got home on friday night barfing my guts out. I guess I caught dh's bug. bleh!

I am finally out of bed and hope to do a full body workout in a few. I'll check back to let you all know how I did.

Well, I managed V-Core Workout minus abs. I feel a bit sickly now after my workout yikes.

Carmen - Good workout girl!

Today was Cardio Core Circuit and I felt it for sure.
Tomorrow I start the new rotation, getting ready to head to Panama City on Wednesday for business. Coming home on Thursday but we are planning a nice ocean evening after work on Wednesday. I gotta have some fun, right?
DS in a golf tournament at Firestone today ( where they play the Bridgestone Invitational). I am going just to walk the course and watch. Hope for some sun!
 
Hi Ladies - I just smashed out Super Cuts. I love that workout moves fast, my only dread is the sit up/push up combo at the end. Moves too fast for me and I can never manage more than three sets...let alone 8!

Siobhan, take care, don't workout out, body needs rest to shake this off.

Conni, Your coming to Florida? The lady I replaced at work just moved to Panama City. I've never been, but I'm sure its as beautiful as the rest of the state. Enjoy yourself!

i am happy today is a day off!!!

This morning I did the first 50 minutes (all but last drill) of upper body/cardio premix from Drill Max then added on 1 set each of upper body from push pull.

I am having plumbing problems which is gonna result in my bathroom being ripped out. yikeserama. Thank goodness one of my husband's best client's and my high school friend is a renovator.

Yikes, I hate plumbing problems, I feel so helpless that I cannot fix them. I hope you are not in store for a headache on this..:(

Today was 4DS Higher intensity Step.

It was an exhausting day yesterday - 18 holes and 7 hours outside in the thick of things. Firestone is a gorgeous course, DS felt so honored playing where the pga tour pros play.

Grilling out and today and back to work tomorrow, then off to Panama City for a quick trip. I will be on a beach at some point -it has to happen!

Hi Ladies - I did ZCut Power yoga the upper body workout then added boxing drill (no step) premix from Kelly Coffey 30 stepboxing DVD. Good upper workout.

We've had rain off and on today here.
