Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of 20 minutes of Funk Roberts weighted hiit + 20 minutes of Caroline G's weighted hiit workout. Now, to stretch.

That's lovely your members took you out to lunch but equally curious about the time at which it was scheduled. I am sure you felt a bit rushed.

I am working all weekend. I hope to work out tomorrow.

Today was a rest day other than walking around stored.

Yes, the lady who told folks the time yesterday really wasn't thinking. In the end there were 6 ladies and myself. It was nice and very thoughtful of them to do it. We pretty much did not do the last little bit of the workout or the cooldown. But that was ok.

Glad you got a workout in today.

Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of CG's glute workout for 30 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Funk Roberts bodyweight workout and another 10 minutes of his recent biceps workout (that was amazing). Now, to stretch.
