Hi all,
Last evening was a less intense one: CTX shoulders, Legs and Glute Floor work, core max #2 and Stretch Max # 1.

Today:Steady state cardio and Gym Style biceps and another biceps add-on on schedule. I have to do clean Max and Errand Max and have a charity event to attend today too and so my usually long Saturday workout will have to be abbreviated but I have planned for the shorter workout by not taking any rest days over the past week and a half, just a shorter workout last night.

Have a good weekend. Another rainy weekend on store here:-( and we don't need any more rain.
 
Hello Mariángeles and Cathy and all ladies logging in later on,

Had a nice but very rich birthday dinner last night with my boys. After, we strolled through town. See, we celebrate our Queens birthday on the 30th, but street parties start on my birthday at 6PM (legally). And I always like to think that millions of people all over my country are out celebrating my birthday :+ :p :)

Anyways, did Imax2 int. 1-5, then S&H legs and will do another 30-40min. of some kind of cardio later this afternoon.

I am getting back into the groove this morning after having a very tender strained forearm for the past several days. No more tilling for me again...I will just hire someone again.

Anyhow, today will be PUB and Core Max #1.

Dutchie- I thought about you yesterday and was hoping you had a very nice day. Sounds like you did. Sorry, but I can't indulge in sinful things like cake to celebrate with you. LOL

No workout for me today. My niece is coming this morning for her New York weekend. She wants to spend the day at the Metropolitan Museum of Art which will be a workout in itself. Then out to dinner and to Broadway to see Avenue Q. I can workout tomorrow after she leaves.

Today was Core 1, GS Legs&PLB(floor), and a run. I went with my sister who is visiting from Kentucky. I live in Florida. We got back just in time. It pouring and storming very bad here.

Hi,

This morning I did High Step Circuit, followed by the leg conditioning drills from KickMax. Great workout. Those high step workouts are fun - they always seem to fly by. And Cathe was right about the leg conditioning drills - if you do them a couple of times a week, you *do* see improvement.

Hi Everyone,

Today so far I did 30 minutes of ab hits then I did push and pull. Later will be some steady state cardio and maybe some more tricep work:) I love working triceps!

Hi everybody!

I did Gym Style legs or at least tried to and I stopped after the standing leg portion and had to skip sets in between as well. I had absolutely no energy. So I did some abs from Abs Hits.
I feel like I have a cold coming for almost a week now and I got a sore throat. So I am little frustrated that I didn't get a real workout :-(

Anyway it's beautiful outside, but a little chilly!

I haven't worked out yet - I will after DD goes to bed. I think I'm going Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge and the leg drills. I'll see how much energy I have.
 
Hi everyone!

I got a 25 minute run on the treadmill in. Have to do some cleaningmax and weed pullingmax today. The weeds were starting to take over my flowers. It was still chilly out but it wasn't raining so I figured I had better get out there before the rain is back tomorrow and the weeds get bigger. Stupid weather!! I want sun!!
 
I have a horrible cold and sore throat....but I did manage to do KPC this morning, even though I had to lay back down when I got finished. I have stuffed my face so bad today....I broke down and had 4 ....yes 4 Reese cups...........thanks to That time of the month cravings.....I will really have to work extra hard this week.
