Daily check-in Saturday 07/05/2005

Shook things up today I decided to take a walk/jog with more walking than jogging for about 35 min. Didn't burn many calories but at least I was outside in the sunshine doing something I hadn't done in a very long time!:D :7

Today so far I did core max. I still like ab hits better. Later will be supersets and then lomax.

Hi Onix...I think you could use the bands you have. Tony has people using bands in most of the P90X workouts as modifications. If you have dumbbells you can also do one armed rows with a fairly heavy weight for a substitution....:)...Carole
 
Hey everyone,
I've had a good day so far. I started off with GS chest&tris and let me tell you it was rough and frustrating. I did the bodyfat and L&G rotation. Well the upperbody they put in there was lighter than usual. So when doing GS I felt so weak. I had to go down in weights.Yuk! So later on I did treadmill and now left with coremax to do.

I just finished Bootcamp. Oh Lordy, how I love that workout. It's only my second time doing it, so I just did the regular program, but it has such amazing mish-mosh potential in the premixes! It made me wonder if Cathe will do that kind of a workout when we're there.
 
Okay Sandra...you convinced me. I did Push Pull and then KM leg conditioning drills...http://smilies.sofrayt.com/%5E/9/help.gif[/img] My legs were screaming with those conditioning drills!! Did you do them too Angie??....:)...Carole
 
Terri - if you have Kickmax, the leg conditioning drills are the 18 minute long segment at the end where you practice kicking and do lifts and pulses and other stuff that makes your legs scream for mercy:p
 
Oh thanks Shelley! I don't own this dvd yet But those drills sound like something that would lean out my thighs a bit :)
