Happy Saturday! Rainy here today, but temp. Is ok., so not too bad.
Finished normal Saturday cleaning & laundry, and 2 workouts. I did KCM's Home Gym Intervals using
My treadmill, and then Bike-o-vision DVD ride in Rhode Island on my bike. Don't know if I will squeeze
Something else in tonight or not, but Cathe's next.
 
Rainy here too.

Walked around a gun show with hubby, and my phone registered 32 minutes of walking though we were there an hour and 20 minutes. So slow walk.

Now my legs hurt from yesterday's interval class.

Today I did a half -assed workout as I was just not into it. I did about 40 minutes of a workout blender workout + 10 minutes of BJ Gaddour KB segment.

To say, that definitely is it for this day!!
 
Hi everyone. I’m with Siobhan today. I did Paul Katami Burn and build but I just wasn’t into it. It’s over an hour and I did about 45-50 minutes. With a negative attitude. I know I need more toning/weights only type of workouts but I love Metabolic and cardio. Maybe I’ll do Crossfire or something tomorrow.

Hi Everyone,

Peg - I like Burn and Build in the beginning but then his moves get to complicated for me. I prefer drills - just straight up moves. I am not a fan of lunges while twisting then taking steps - all in the same move. That said, it's a sweat fest of a workout. We seem to like pretty similar workouts. I wonder if we are similar in real life! You are a nurse, I am a social worker hmmmmm

Today I did Yvette Bachman - KB cardio. it was good and tough.

Hello girls, today after church & Walmart, I finished the parts 2&3 of another rotation, but no weights! I did
Another DVD mix from KCM's Cardio Blast and my something else was a step workout mix I made up.

I pulled something in my inner upper leg, probably from kickboxing the other night. When I did a side kick today,
I really felt it, ouch!

Rain here too.

After church and Sam's club, we came home and I listened to the new CD and did the seated moves to it. Then I wrote it up on the computer and printed it out.

Finally got an email from the gym owner which is now WBO HEALTH AND FITNESS, and he has agreed to change my class's name to 'Sweat with Annette'. Whoohooo!!

More catchy than AM FIT, don'tcha think?

Hi everyone! Siobhan I hear you about Burn and build. A little tweak here or there and you’re done. The halo step up thing...mmmm no! My shoulder can be moody so that was it. I think we ARE alike because today I did Yvette Cardio Kickboxing with triceps and abs. Wow! Loved it. She’s tough with the cardio. It’s hard to keep up sometimes.

Annette. WOOHOO! Good for you! Where is this gym? Linda and I can make a road trip! We’re kind of near each other right? Linda I’m going to purchase that Kelly dvd you mentioned, Your best body . Thanks for enabling me.

Henriette how are you? How are the guests doing? I hope it’s getting better for you.

Annette, I believe we are somewhere between 2 to 2 1/2 hrs apart. Give or take, not too bad....
