Good Morning Everyone.

Today is a rest/yoga day. BORING but neccessary right? The weather stinks around here today so it would be a great day to head for the gym. I am going to have to resist the urge....:p

Good morning everyone,

Had a good evening with DH last night and a yummy dinner at PF Changs. Hit the treadmill this morning for 45 minutes, then did some ab work at the hotel gym. Those mirrors were not my friend today, I am going to be hitting my diet regime starting immediately. Too much candy corn went right to my hips, totally unacceptable. Cutting out the junk now, so I may not eat perfect, but I will be eating alot better!

Hi gals,

I did various shoulder, chest, biceps and tricep exercises off the Slow and Heavy series today. Felt I needed to change things a bit and that just may have hit the spot. Concentrated on shoulders since I did most of those or at least hit all 3 parts of the shoulder. I did not do back or legs or abs but I hit them this week so I am not worried. My weight is finally coming back down so I am happy about that.

Gotta get ready to go to work.

Have a great Saturday and don't forget to set your clocks back tonight before you go to bed. I need that extra hour of sleep when I am working till 11:30 pm and getting back up for church so it will feel good tonight.:7
 
Well, my rest/yoga day is going down the poop shoot. Okay, not ENTIRELY. I'm doing Cardio X so I WILL still be getting some yoga in there as well as a little bit of everything else. :p

I can't help it. Between the depressing weather, my cycle on the verge of starting and the crap I've been consuming I NEED to do something more then just yoga to make me feel human again...x(
