Daily Check in Sat Aug 4

Hi everyone,

Phyllis, I am not really sure either, but I think the peak is the very top of the bicep where it connects to the front deltoid, but that is just a huge guess.

Today is going to be Kelley Coffey's Ready Step Go as a sub for Imax 2. I like Imax 2 but I just can't resist subbing!}(
I will also tack on an Ab workout, but haven't made the call on that yet...

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

CF All-Step premix, abs and CC PUMP! is on tap for today. We babysat our two nieces last nite (4yrs and 3 months)...needless to say I slept like a baby! WOW...I forgot how exhausting little ones are :eek::eek: :eek:

Phyllis ~ Sorry you have to work today...but I know what you'll be doing next Saturday :D :D :D

I did CC PP for the first time today and I LOVED it !!!!:7 :7
What a workout!
Emotional and TOUGH!!!!
I loved the relaxation afterwards, but next time I will stretch really good first.
I literally peeled my clothes off afterwards!!:eek: :p

Tammy, have you done PUMP before? I wonder how you like it ??

Connie, did you hear from your doctor?? How are you feeling ?

Becky ~ CCPP is just so awesome...so glad you liked it. Today was my first time doing CC PUMP. It is extremely versatile...I can see myself using this one a lot. It is short and sweet and gets a lot done in 30 minutes. Unfortunately I bought it before I knew about the special offer for Catheites :(
