Daily Check-in November 1st, 2021

HI Everyone,

It's a new month!!! We had about 20 kids last night. Not much but at least I gave fistfuls of candy to each kid x 2 so I got rid of most of it (well half).

Today I did more Caroline G - her latest glute/core workout. I added on the first half of ICE LIS cardio workout (about 20 minutes. Love Cathe!

I am back working from home, hopefully until the new year. phew. It was great seeing co-workers and changing up the schedule but I prefer to be home.

Hi Siobhan,

We went to bed really early last night mostly due to the time change.

This morning we got up, hubby went down to get breakfast while I got ready. He left to go to his sister in law's house I stayed to get a workout in.

So I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, using 10 pound dumbbells and a stability ball set in place I did 20 min. of weight work but no back work, this did include floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Then I was feeling energetic so I started playing songs on my phone and did some fun dancy, kickboxing and fast jogging in place moves for another 15 minutes (3 songs). It was a lot of fun. So I am done now. Oh and Fort Collins got its first snow today so that was pretty to watch. Now the sun is out and melted it.

I guess if you can do your job from home and you enjoy it then stick to it.
