Hi Annette and anyone else who wants to join us!
Today I did Funk Roberts - a very tough 50 sets of everything workout. It was sooooooo interesting but tough tough tough. I added on Mcfit method pyramid legs for 30 minutes. Now, to stretch.
I have the day off! completely. No clients. I don't have to wash my hair. I will nap and read today and... tidy a bit but that's it!
