Today's workouts:

YT-Kaleigh Cohen- " 15 min. Upper Body Kettlebell workout"
YT-Live Fitness- "Lower Body Kettlebell workout" - 8 min.
IFit- "Max it out TimeCrunch Elliptical workout"- 20 min.
VideoSki- "10 min. Royal Gorge, Calif. Skier workout #2"

A little bit of kettlebells and a little bit of cardio! Nora, this was my first Kaleigh workout.
I enjoyed her upper body kettlebell workout.

Today I did 2.0 Total Body Supersets for 45 minutes. I'm running out of time as I start working at 9am.

Yeah on the new couch Annette - I didn't see that comment yesterday. I was moving too fast!
Nicki - I do jigsaw puzzles. I am currently working on one of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa but it's a painting and it's just a bunch of coloured scratches. Ugh. I have to complete it as my DH bought it for my birthday. I curse him daily about this one. I've been at it for over 3 weeks and it's not even half done :(. I love Hallowe'en and Christmas themed puzzles.

Siobhan, I love Total Body Supersets!
I am currently working on a puzzle of a makeup theme called "Makeup Pallet." There are brushes, lipsticks, eye shadow, etc. Lots of color and the pieces are weird shaped. It is made by a company called Casse-tete Rompecabezas. Interesting!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was kinda a bust, my blu-ray player wasn't working and I struggled with it far too long. I found a Tabata on YouTube but only lasted 14 minutes it was very tough.

So I ended up just doing 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weight work mixed in and some standing cardio ie.. jumping jacks, jogging in place, speed skates and heels just to name a few. Wasn't much but it was something.

Nice workouts ladies.

Nicki, your puzzle sounds interesting….all about makeup…I could get into that :)

Annette, DVD player woes again :( Good job with the YT Tabata plus 25 min.

Annette, good job on adjusting to your situation and finding other workouts to do!

Linda, LOL on your correction!

I went to the new gym and did another HIIT workout. It was a full class - 18 is the limit. A bit chaotic but it's done! Forgot to take pics of the work out and just too tired to try and remember it all.

Tomorrow I'm doing a DVD during lunch. Haven't decide which one yet.
Wednesday and Thursday we have a Supplier Day and then lots of individual meetings with them Thursday. Won't be able to workout those two days. I think my body is looking forward to the rest. Back on Friday!
