Daily Check-in, Monday, September 4, 2023 (Labor Day!)

Good morning ladies! Hope everyone had a nice weekend & will have a good holiday today!

Last evening, I did end up doing a little workout:
Blender- "Cathe- The Early Years (1999-2006) - 31 min.

Today's workouts:
Blender - "All about the Bands- Biceps, Triceps, & Legs" - 32 min.
Blender- "Standing & Floor Abs with Legs intermission" - 26 min.

Annette, I'm sure it felt good to get in 20 minutes of floorwork and standing abs, legs and glutes short stretch.

Siobhan, sounds like you are enjoying your trip, getting in alot of walking, which is great exercise!

Hi ladies,

Today I laid in the sun for an hour, then I came to the gym and did 62 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Nice workouts all around. See you tomorrow for weights.

I have been feeling very burned out , and sore. Like my body is demanding rest and DH has the next few days off due to market diwn days where he works so I will rest,but I will still check in.

Linda- great job ontoday's workouts with:
