Hi everyone,

Today I had 9 ladies in my Silver and Fit class and we did a basic circuit workout for an hour.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including barbell and dumbbells and floorwork for abs and glutes. I managed to bench press 105 pounds for 2 reps!!

Nice well rounded workout.
