Hi Sandy, glad to see you here. You are in Milan, Italy?? Wow, I am envious. Would love to be there!
Today was a rest day, Yoga Mind and Body and CLX Extreme abs.

Hi Conni,

Today I did JNL Fat Blast (that thing builds) with weights to kick up the sweat. I ended with a 10 minute Suzanne Bowen Fitness Upper Body.

So glad to have you with us Sandy. I think we are both envious of your location.

Hi gals,

It is nice to see someone new.

I did Cathe's CTX the warm up and through the Kickbox portion of 10-10-10, then did the arm drills off of CTX Kickboxing then went to the gym for 45 min. I bench pressed 115 pounds for 6 reps, not bad for me. I am also down another pound so that is 21 pounds lost so far!! Whoo HOO for me!!
