Today was a rest day, Yoga Mind and Body and CLX Extreme abs.
I did Cathe's CTX the warm up and through the Kickbox portion of 10-10-10, then did the arm drills off of CTX Kickboxing then went to the gym for 45 min. I bench pressed 115 pounds for 6 reps, not bad for me. I am also down another pound so that is 21 pounds lost so far!! Whoo HOO for me!!
