Today I did STS Meso 3 for shoulders, biceps and triceps. I blew through the rests and did tri-sets instead. I added on X10 Fat Burning Circuit. Sweating!!!!

Hi ladies,

Today I did the new to me Taebo off of YouTube, it was an hour plus I accidentally did 7 minutes of the wrong one before I realized it. So grand total of 67 minutes of taebo part of the time holding 2 pound walking weights.

I am a sweaty mess.
