Today's workouts:

Blender- "Cathe: The Middle Years (2007-2017)" - 30 min.
KCM- "Kettlebell/Kickbox Fusion"- Premix: Kelly's Mix - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

I slept for 9 hours last night (was in bed very early) so felt very rested this morning. I was able to fit in a long workout too! Here's what I did this morning:

Cathe 2.0 premix for lower body - 40 minutes (I stretched during the minute rests)
Oliver Sjostrom - hiit 20 minutes
Oliver Sjostrom - jump rope 7 minutes

Nice workout this morning, Linda. A rivalry workout of Cathe vs KCM - they both won.

Annette - I'm glad to read you are feeling much better and will return to the gym today. We don't have mask policies here anymore although masking has ramped up. BTW - haven't taken pics of the dvd's yet but it's on my list!

Nora - I hope you enjoyed your workout on the weekend!

Well, due to my hubby's car needing jump started this morning and the check engine light coming on, he drove my vehicle to work. So I had no way to the gym, sigh. So I found this workout called Advance FITT TECH 60 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout with Michael Armstrong and it was 60 minutes. Very tough workout wishing he would count reps per side and get it all even.

No hurry Siobhan.

I am a sweaty mess.

Gosh, Annette, if it isn’t one thing, it’s another, right? Sorry you weren’t able to hit the
gym this morning, but sounds like you found a good 60 min kickboxing workout to do!
