Blender- "Biceps & Shoulders with Legs Intervals" - 22 min.
Blender- "CORE with weights, plates, roller & balls" - 18 min.
IFit- "Valladolid, Mexico Treadmill walk" - 14 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did LBB for about 40 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates. I am sweating, noticing I've lost some lung capacity over the past 2 weeks. I'll get it back!

What a mash-up this morning, Linda. I bet it kept you interested!

Hi ladies,

Today was an old Kathy Smith Cardio Knockout 45 min. Kickboxing workout.

I remember it from years ago, but it is good and sweaty. There are 2 more workouts on the DVD Aerobox and TaiChi.

I did have on my wrist weights for the workout.

Nice workouts ladies!! Keep up the great work!!
 
Nice job Annette with Kathy Smith’s 45 min Knockout workout. I used to have that one,
not sure if I still do….but I remember it was tough!

Linda, wow! What a variety! I haven't subscribed to the blender but hope to soon! It would be nice to mix up my own workouts!

Siobhan, nice job on LBB for 40 minutes and 10 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates. I need to look that one up. Love pilates!

Annette, I started with Kathy Smith! She was my favorite before I found Cathe! I don't remember that one but will look for it!
