OK, Nicki, this is my Blender 101! Hope it makes sense.
On the left, you'll see Cathe's workouts under Video Library. Let's pick the warmup from Lite Bodyweight & Bands, so scroll down until you come to the Lite series and Bodyweight & Bands picture. Click & hold on that picture, and drag it over to the center where you see the little green box and drop it there., below in the next section that appears you will see all the chapters in it. Click-Hold & Drag the warmup picture
box below in the next section to the little orange box and release. Voila!
Next go back over to the left under Video Library and scroll down to the Gloved Up & Sweaty Jump Rope Bonus workout (it will be after all the STS2 workouts) when you see it, do the same, click,drag & drop that one beside the Bodyweight & Bands that you brought over and once you release you will see those chapters below.
Then do the same, choose Jump Rope 1 chapter, drag it down beside the warmup, and go back up & do the same for Jump Rope 2, Jump Rope 3, Jump Rope 4 and Cooldown chapters.
At this point, in the bottom section where you are creating, you should have Warmup, Jump Rope 1, 2, 3, 4 and Cooldown.
Go back over to the Video Library on left and let's choose a stretch, like Lite Extended
Stretch # 1. So scroll back up to the Lite workouts and look for the Lite Extended Stretch # 1. and drag that over to the first middle section and drop it beside the Gloved up & Sweaty Jump Rope Bonus picture. Then those chapters are below & choose just the one that says Extended Stretch #1 and drag & drop it below (beside the Cooldown picture) Voila...again!
Now, in that section you will see a longer blue box, you need to title it.......In that box, you can type in Short Jump Rope workout, (or whatever you want) and then beside that you will see Save Workout box. Click that. You should see Workout saved successfully.
Now go back to left and right beside where it says Video Library, you will see another tab called My Workouts.. Click on that and the blender you just created should appear. Click on that and your workout should start playing.
It could sound complicated, but it really isn't, once you get it, you'll fly thru blending workouts and possibly be overwhelmed at all the choices you have! If you don't want to keep the one you just blended, right beside it, you'll see a little red X. Click on the X to delete, a box will come up to confirm you want to delete, click that & it will be gone.
Give it a go and see what happens!
ETA: You can also use the little search box under the Video Library/My Workouts tabs,
to find a workout quickly…
I rarely do that, I usually just scroll quickly thru them….
