Today I taught my Silver and Fit routine 4 to 6 ladies for about 53 minutes. It was fun.
Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including barbell for chest press and dumbbells for everything else and of course floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.
I was able to shoulder press with dumbbells both arms together at 12.5 pounds(10 reps), 15 pounds (8 reps) and I tried 17.5 pounds but only got 4 reps before my bad shoulder started to buckle, but I am still happy with the progress.
