Little workouts is all.
Today I had 8 ladies for my Silver and Fit 3 routine, added some extra arms for more of a burn. They said that they felt it (in their arms) from last Monday's workout. It was 53 minutes.
Then I did 42 minutes of weight work including barbell, back machine, cables and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
