Hi Everyone,

I've been up since... 2am. napped at 5:30am until 6:05am. So far this morning I have tidied, made a huge pot of soup, did a Tarot reading for my DD and worked out for 45 minutes. Now to stretch, shower and get my workday started by 830am.

Today I did a Caroline G Cardio/total body workout (fairly light weights - no more than 20's).

Monday, for me…..
CoffeyFit Raw- OverDrive Workout (Skipped abs, so was about 34 min.)
IFit - “Ciutadella Treadmill Walk, Menorca, Spain” - 17 min.

Hi ladies,

Well I managed to find on YouTube a Taebo workout I had never done before. It was Taebo Amped 02- Fat Burn Accelerator. It was 51 minutes of exercise using the amplifier which I substituted 2 lb handheld weights . Lots of shoulder and tricep work plus the cardio. I am a sweaty mess.

But I should feel this one later on or tomorrow. I may do this one again another day.
