Today's workouts:

Blender- Cardio Supersets - 23 min.
Blender- Abs on Fire # 2 - 17 min.
YT- Phoenix Nation- 15 min. Ropeless Jump Rope workout

Good Morning Everyone,

I was going to take a rest day today but decided to do Cathe's latest live which is abs + stretch for 45 minutes. It was really good and just what I needed. I love seeing the regulars in Cathe's classes.

Linda - I love Cardio Supersets! Nice workout today
Annette - I feel for you and it's true - I've never seen you write "I took a 2 hour nap" in all these years so I was concerned. I hope today is a better day for you and your DH. So many people are reporting having Covid again
Nora - I hope you had a great weekend and are able to get in a workout today

Siobhan- I hope all is well with you. I know you mentioned feeling like taking a rest day, but changed your mind and worked out with:

CatheLive's latest live which is abs + stretch for 45 minutes. So glad that workout was the right fit for today. WTG and high fives!!:) Have a great Monday;)

Annette- I'm sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. I hope it's not Covid, either way I'll say a prayer for you and your DH to feel better. Take care and be well.;)

Great job this AM, Siobhan, with CL Core & Stretch. I watched that one, but it just
didn’t click with me.

Great workouts session today, Nora, with Jessica Smith - Energy Boost 1 Mile = 16 Min
ICE- Chiseled Upper Body= 43 Min & YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HiiT Everything = 38 Min. Good variety!
 
Hi Nora, hubby and I both have covid I am 2 days behind him. I got it from him. I feel better still on the antiviral. He just finished his antiviral and is coughing worse now. I still have a day or so left on mine.
 
I actually pre-ordered Cathe's new kickboxing Gloved Up and Sweaty and ordered a pair of the boxing gloves she offers. Guess hubby felt guilty giving me covid because didn't even question me when I asked if I could order somethings.

I have never pre-ordered anything. Hopefully I won't be disappointed because I really need a new kickboxing workout.
 
That's great Annette on getting Cathe's kickboxing dvd......I bet you'll like it....and you got her gloves, that's
really neat. They are so cute, did you get the pink or camo teal? I have a pair of pink Everlast boxing gloves
that I have had for awhile, but if I didn't have them, I would order Cathe's camo teal gloves. You'll be
ready to rumble....and at least this preorder wait won't be as long.....December's not that far away and maybe
since they were already filmed and being edited, etc., maybe it'll be sooner.

Glad you're both feeling a little better....
 
Annette, I might be wrong but you will probably get your gloves in a few days......and then the dvd when it
ships later. I'm not 100% sure of that, but I think that is the way it's worked in the past.
 
Hi Linda,

I figured as much and you are right December isn't a long wait. I ordered the teal camo ones. The reviews were on the fence so I pray they will work.
