Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday.

Today I did jump rope dudes + a 25 minute mcfit method chest workout. sweating!!!

Geoff - Athletic training - those first 18 minutes are probably some of the toughest cathe minutes ever! no rest at all.

lilacspring - do you feel comfortable telling us a bit about yourself? we're so glad you've joined us! I am in Toronto, 54, a social worker

Hi all,

For the record, I am 56 and live in PA.

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 routine to 7 ladies for 55 minutes.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including using the barbell, the cables , dumbbells and floorwork.

Think that I am done for today.

Hi all,

Today was 30m Barre Workout w/Barre with Andrea.

I am almost 59 and I live in Northern CA. I was a fitness instructor in the 90's. :eek: I can't believe it's been that long ago.
 
Ok, I received a new CD for my class so of course I had to try it out. It was 55 minutes long and faster than I anticipated. I think it will work, but I worked up another good sweat. Now I am finished.
