Hi Siobhan,

Today I did a completely new workout which used Taebo as a reference. I did Get Fit with Shellie Blanks Cimarosti Episode 3 Advanced an Armed Forces Entertainment production. Unbeknownst to me there are Episodes 1 and 2 which are beginner and intermediate. This Advanced one was basically a HIIT Taebo class for 44 minutes. It wasn't easy but I did it all, at the end she had you on the floor doing various moves for 30 seconds and a 10 seconds of rest. The whole workout was 30 seconds on and I think 10 seconds of rest.

I have exactly 2 months to lose a few pounds before my brother's wedding.

I hope to incorporate new to me routines so I can mix things up and get the calories burned.

Ok, I have stripped a bed, rotated the mattress, remade the bed, mopped and cleaned the floors of 2 bathrooms and the laundry room, washed 2 loads of clothes with the 2nd load being sheets and rugs from the bathrooms, and folded the 1st load of clothes. I have gotten a lot done today, I am proud of myself.
