Good morning ladies....

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Ice-STS 2 Chest Muscle Meltdown- 20 min.
YT-Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Shoulders Weight Plate workout
YT- Fitness Type- 15 min. Standing Abs with Med Ball
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- 15 min. Jump rope & Kettlebells workout

Hope everyone had a good weekend......today is certainly a day to reflect & remember...22 years ago.....
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did a new person from youtube - nordic fitness or something. I did 36 minutes of cardio and added on about 10 minutes of a metabolic workout from the same guy. He was deceptively tough.

Nice workout today Linda - a good mix.

Linda- Yes, I was taken aback at the date and was instantly taken back to the tragic events of that day.
I just had to give a moment of silence in remembrance.

I always forget about Jessica's 10 min. walks and Leslie has a dvd with short walks on it
as well.

Hi ladies,

Today I did 23 minutes of a Turbo Kicks before the moves got crazy complicated and burpees were added.

So then I went looking for something else, I found one of those Asian ladies who does all the crazy ab workout with the arms and legs that never stopped so it is very aerobic workout. So I did the whole 30 minute workout and was dripping wet by the end. It was new and totally different. So 53 minutes of cardio, with no abwork needed later, whew!

Nice workouts ladies. I was up earlier but I changed the sheets and turned the mattress on our bed all before taking a shower so I was later coming downstairs.
