Hi all,

Siobhan - Homecoming is a weekend where the alumni comes back for the weekend, starts with a big parade, bbq, football game on Friday, then there is a big dance on Saturday. Not formal, but definitely dress up ( corsages, etc...).
DS had a great time!

Yesterday was Turbobarre, I was catatonic after all my running around on Saturday, I think...

Today was a step day - I did Marcus Irwin Step Fusion for 45 minutes, then BG Stability ball and stretch.

I love the Ball Challenge workout from S90. I think I will do that tomorrow!

I guess homecoming is for the kids then - like University or high school?

Today I did Saturday Yoga from Blissology. I couldnt' manage anything else. I might do more Core Ball Challenge tonight.

My body was soooooooooooo sore this past weekend from Cathe's Trisets lower body - I mean OMG - I cannot sit down to use the facilities without screaming out. I've been climbing the stairs slowly too. Thanks Cathe!!!!

Geesh Conni - you sure have some workouts that I have never heard of.

Carmen - STS strength is similar to doing a gym styles rotation, or 4DS rotation or a slow and heavy rotation. We'll talk.

Zhaoyang/Annette - I hope you both get in a good workout today

Hi Ladies,

I added in a nice 30 minute lunch time walk in at high park. Goodness, that is bliss by my work!!!

When I got home I decided to do Core Challenge again. I got a new ball from the fitness source closing so I wanted to try it again. Love that workout. Not too tough now that I've done it like 4 times. Instant loss of an inch or two - no joke!

Great Monday evening ladies. Today I went to a high energy 45 min Zumba class. What a great stress reliever. Loved it.

Siobhan, I have 4DS, GS, and S&H. I thought I was missing something because so many love STS. Are STS workouts short? Also you lost one inch from doing SP 90 Ultimate Ball challenge? hmmmm

Connie - I might try that Ball Challenge from SP90 tomorrow too!

Gearing up to watch Major Crimes tonight. I think I'm liking that show.

I am having a nice evening, thank you.

I finally bought some dumbells today, the inexpensive traditional adjustable kind. Then I spent a few hours studying the shoulder again. I'm satisfied that I understand this aspect of it, enough. (I decided to lump the teres minor with the infraspinatus, and to ignore the subscapularis for now.)

For the supraspinatus I did lying forward lateral raises with 5 lbs, 3 sets of 15.
For the infraspinatus I did lying external rotation, same weight and sets.
I know the weight was right because I couldn't quite finish the last sets.

It is surprising how much burn I achieved with this little weight, and I hope to be sore tomorrow!

That's all I did today, a good day.
