Hi ladies,

Today was RWH Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I am getting better at keeping up with Cathe's pace on this one but I still can't do 20 lb concentration curls...

Hi Conni,

I am shocked when Cathe grabs though heavy weights. I can't keep up at that weight either. I liked RWH but not as much as I like Xtrain. That said, I like the variety of RWH as it is different from her other stuff. I am back on the Cathe wagon again too. I never stray too far.

This morning was Cardio Supersets - main program only - 30 minutes. I loved it.
