Today was STS Disc 9 legs, and 100 crunches.

Back is better today, watched the football game with the heating pad and that helped, along with a good Tiger Balm rub this morning, I should be good to go soon.

Hi all,

Found out from a pastor at our church who is losing weight using Medifast that exercise in fact makes you fat... that it is building muscles causing you to bulk up and not lose fat as we all thought. And the only exercise they are allowed to do it walk. And this information came from the doctor overseeing his weight loss.

So I guess that explains why I am still fat.

Anyway I did 1 Mile of the WATP 3 Mile Power walk and a 21 min. kickboxing workout off of Exercise TV.

I started BB week 3 today, hoping to get in all my workouts before we leave for vacation on Friday.

Hi everyone. I did 4DS LIS cardio and weight work. I got a little light headed while working out I think heights were too heavy and I was moving between exercises to fast.

Annette ur doctor is too funny

Connie glad ur back is feeling better. We bathed our four dogs last weekend and both my husband and I were bent over with back ache the next day too.
