Sorry for the late check in. I did get my workout done earlier but had to hustle and skip checking in to be ready to run an errand when DH got home from work.

YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate workout- 19 min.
Blender add-on: "Shoulders Finisher" - 10 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Row & Upper Body Weights AMRAP

That was it for me today. Cathe nearly killed me with Muscle Endurance. All I needed was Cathe's witch cackle and it would have been complete. LOL!
