Good morning everyone!

I've included a short elliptical workout that I ended up doing last night in my today's workouts.
I guess I just couldn't wait......:)

Today's workouts:

IFit- Basic Mobility & elliptical workout - 18 min. (last night)
YT-Coach Ali- Shoulders Weight Plate workout- 19 min.
Blender add-on: "Shoulders Finisher" - 10 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Row & Upper Body Weights AMRAP

That's it. I decided to do the elliptical workout last night cause I saw that this morning's
plan was going to be over an hour so I thought I do something last night to shorten this
morning and not miss something that I had planned. Guess it doesn't matter when
you do it.............as long as you get it done!!

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live Express for Upper Body - 36 minutes and 10 minutes of a Phoenix Nation Jump rope and bodyweight workout. Now, to stretch.

Linda - lots of fitness from you in the last 12 hours. I am jealous you have an elliptical!
Nicki - where do you write those workouts? At the gym or home?
Annette - another Taebo find on youtube. Do you do repeats much from youtube?
Nora - Nice mix of Cathe and Kaleigh yesterday!

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, on YouTube I try to find new to me workouts. With Taebo his early Advance Taebo workouts which are numbered 1-12 (I think) are very fast paced and more cardio that his more recent ones. I used to have them on VHS , not all of them, mind you, so finding those on YouTube are great and worth repeating.

Today I did Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme the ~50 minute #1 Premix and then the KCM 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing the 21 minute Kicking combo premix for just a little more.

Now I am finished.

Siobhan, I admire you for doing jump rope. Might help me if I practiced and gradually added on. The workouts come from the gym trainer and always blast us!

Sorry for the late check in. I did get my workout done earlier but had to hustle and skip checking in to be ready to run an errand when DH got home from work.

That was it for me today. Cathe nearly killed me with Muscle Endurance. All I needed was Cathe's witch cackle and it would have been complete. LOL!

Good workout Nora, Muscle Endurance always kills me too. Haven't done it in a while. That's and Idea for upcoming workout.
