Today I am feeling under the weather. I am sure it's a cold since a good night's sleep helped a lot. Today I managed STS Meso 2 Week 1 - back and biceps. It flew by! Wow.

Amazing job with (getting in workout today despite not feeling at your best) STS Meso 2 Week 1 - back and biceps. It flew by! You are a rockstar powering trhough a challenging workout, Bravo WTG!!

I'm sure Linda and Annette had some really great workouts this weekend and I say WTG Catheletes all!;)

Hi ladies,

Today was a YouTube Taebo Power 45 minute workout with both ankle weights and holding 2 pound walking weights. Evidently it was part of a series Billy did that I never bought. It was good. Slower than most of his workouts but good nevertheless.

Nice workouts ladies. This weekend was 2 rest days.
