Hi ladies,

Today I taught my newest routine for Silver and Fit class and it went well. Even had 2 new ladies. This class was a circuit and 51 minutes long.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and glutes. Did some barbell , some cables and some dumbbell work and machine for leg press. Hit it all.

This morning I did a Millionaire Hoy workout. I was outstanding!
