Hi ladies,

I really thought I had posted this weekend...I am losing what's left of my mind..

Saturday was RWH Upper Body Circuit
Sunday was RWH Lower Body Circuit

Today was a rest day - Stretchmax 1 and Yoga Ab hits.
 
It is ok, we all get that way every now and again, LOL!

Today was 35 minutes of This is Taebo and 40 min. at the gym.

Hi everyone,

Today I did a couple of short pilates workouts- basically a rest day for me. I needed it. Nice to see us all working out.

Sandy- I used to be a huge Ana Caban fan. I still like her a lot

Hi ladies today I did leg and glutes from the body blast series. I will certainly feel it tomorrow: I loved the workout and the music.
We woke up this (early early) morning with a thick fog...it was freezing as well...
Last week I took two days rest as well, I need it now and then. I will also rest at the end of this week as I,m leaving for a short trip to Southern Italy where I hope to find a nicer weather. Take care
