Hi Everyone,

Today I did Perfect30 lower body. I really liked it. It moves quickly and you feel worked out. I love shorter workouts so I have time to do other workouts. So... I added on some Mcfit method tricep/jump rope intervals for another 20 minutes.

Hi ladies,

Today I had 6 ladies for my Silver and Fit class, we did a 53 minute circuit.

Then I did 65 minutes of weight work including barbell, cables, dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I hit chest really hard and for a long time. I got to 115 on barbell for 2 partial reps, tried 120 but couldn't get it off the rack, oh well, I will get there. All other barbell weights were good.

Rest day for me! I was going to try one of the new stretch/mobility workouts but ended up taking a nap instead. I suppose I worked on my "resting" pose lol!
