Daily Check-in Monday, October 23rd, 2023

Good morning everyone!

Today I did a mix of Cathe's 2.0 for Upper Body. I can't remember which one but I did a premix with no bands. I added on 5 minutes of Anabolic Aliens for triceps. All in all it was an hour long workout. Loving 2.0 all over again.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- bye bye comfort zone = 35 Min

Well, Today I slept in, later than normal.

But I did 30 minutes of Billy's California Burn from his garage( I had done it before and forgot that it lost sound during parts of it) it starts with 5 minutes of upper body weight work then goes into the cardio. So I did something, yay me!

Nice workouts all around ladies.

Might do floorwork in a little bit.

Ok add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and standing abs included.

UPDATE: No workout today, it turns out there were errands that took longer than anticipated. Maybe better luck tomorrow.
