Well, Today I slept in, later than normal.
But I did 30 minutes of Billy's California Burn from his garage( I had done it before and forgot that it lost sound during parts of it) it starts with 5 minutes of upper body weight work then goes into the cardio. So I did something, yay me!
Nice workouts all around ladies.
Might do floorwork in a little bit.
Ok add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and standing abs included.
