Daily Check-in, Monday, October 20, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: Cathe live for 24 minutes (metabolic workout) and moved onto 15 minutes of 2.8 lower body parts premix. I am about to do my own stretch. I worked out on Friday morning but forgot to check in. I couldn't workout this weekend as my DH and DD were gone and I had to walk both dogs. I am not good in with sudden changes to my schedule. I just can't fit it all in :( .

Nice Mon AM workout, Siobhan, doing a Cathe live for 24 minutes (metabolic workout) and 15 minutes of 2.8 lower body parts premix. Sounds good! Today must be "CatheLive" Monday for us!

CatheLive- "Upper Body Tubing & Weights" - 32 min.
YT-Earth & Owl - 15 min. Intermediate Rebounder & Ropeless Jump Rope Workout
