Today's workouts:

Blender- Vertical Loading # 3 (weights) - 19 min.
Blender- STS 2 Legs Muscle Meltdown - 21 min.
YT-Phoenix Nation- 10 min. Kettlebells & Jump Rope workout

Good October 2nd Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of:
Xtrain bi's and tri's burnsets - 30 minutes (I didn't do one arm at a time to save on time)
Oliver Sjostrom cardio - 15 minutes
Oliver Sjostrom cardio hiit with light weights - 10 minutes

I will do my own stretch.

Linda - nice variety this morning - lots of weights with a splash of cardio
Nora and Annette - I hope you both get in your workouts today!!!

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did an Yvette Buchman(I think that is her last name spelling) 42 minute Kickboxing/abs routine from 3 years ago. It had ab intervals, in between the Kickboxing cardio plus 5 pound dumbbells for punching at the end for 5 minutes and then 5 minutes of floorwork for abs (in addition to what you did on the cardio portion) and a stretch. Very nice workout, I had on my boxing gloves for most of the Kickboxing segments. I am sweating.

Nice workouts all around, now I have a bunch of chores to get done.

See you tomorrow for a weight work out at the gym!!
