Good Golly - the 19th already? geesh.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Caroline but jumped ahead to chest/triceps. I added on 10 minutes of a cardio workout of hers.

wasnotwas - I am with you - it's hard to keep track of days since I work a lot from home now and... I work 7 days a week (because of my business). What an interesting year it's been.

Hi ladies,

Today I had 6 ladies for my Disco circuit (body weight exercises) that was 50 minutes.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work hitting chest hard but hit every thing else too including the calf machine and floorwork for abs and glutes.

I am still sore from Friday but at least I am not walking like an old woman today. Though getting on the floor for floorwork did hurt.
