Hi ladies, today I did pyramid upper body: found it a bit easier than gym style... Maybe i should have gone heavier...but actually while I was doing it my muscles were burning... Iwish you all a fantastic week
 
Hi gals,

Today was KCM Kickboxing premix then 35 minutes at the gym, hitting chest hard even doing inclines. Also hit abs, floorwork legs and triceps and biceps and a little shoulder work.
