Hi Siobhan,
Today I did my Silver and Fit 3 routine with 4 ladies for 53 minutes, then I did 62 minutes of weight work including barbell, machine for back, dumbbells and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I tried to do the elliptical after all that but only managed 6 minutes, it was a different elliptical and my feet kept coming off the platform so I stopped.

Tomorrow I go and see the kidney doctor pray he likes my numbers from last month.
