Hi Everyone,

I am back in the office this week for 4 days (ugh) but it's my last week at my day job (yeah). That means a much shorter workout today. I did the standing portion of Cathe's lean legs and abs (no abs) - this was 23 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of MPL push ups.

Nora - I hope you get in a good workout today
Linda - another stellar workout yesterday
Annette - 1.5 hour friend visiting break between walking spurts sounds lovely :)

Today was a Blender- STS Meso 3-Week 4-Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps Express- 28 min.
and 2 shorter Bitgym workouts: 10 min. Bike Ride in Bern, Switzerland and 15 min. treadmill
walk around Horta's Labyrinth Park, Barcelona.

Hi ladies,

Whoohoo, Siobhan, last week in the office!!! Nice workout.

Nice workouts for Nora and Aqua girl also!! Keep up the great work!!

Today I got bloodwork done, made it to the gym for a 65 minute leg and shoulder workout plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Then I did 15 minutes of a 21 minute Taebo off of YouTube. So a little cardio.
