Blender- "Stronger & Fit: Chest & Triceps" - 33 min.
IFit- "Tagusa Town Treadmill Walk, Italy" - 22 min.
YT-Anabolic Aliens- 5 min. Legs Weight Plate workout

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- We are a FORCE to be reckoned with! 20-min Indoor Cycling Class= 23 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a hodge podge of kickboxing workouts off of YouTube. It was 65 degrees in the house when I started,Brrr!

So I started with an old Exercise TV Kickboxing with Chris Freytag, it was 40 minutes, then I did 12 minutes of a Kickboxing class in South Africa but the cueing was bad so I stopped, then I did 20 minutes of Cardio Kickboxing instructor is Robin Chapman, she is young and very energetic and fast. The last 2 I did not obviously finish. So 72 minutes of cardio kickboxing for my cardio workout today.

Nice workouts so far everyone.

Add on 12 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes

Annette, you had quite the kickboxing workout for 72 min. With Chris Freytag (I always
have liked her), and a mix & match of another 2 workouts. You didn’t forget your
floor work either! :)
 
Hi girls, I decidded to add on a workout to my already posted workout for today as follows:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 5 Minute Tabata Encore= 6 Min

Ok, I am stick a fork in me I'm done! LOL!!!

Either Tuesday or Wednesday this week not sure which day I'll be doing chores for my SIL who has some temporry balance issues and needs help doing things around the house. So DH & I and our Youndgest son will be doing that. Whatever day that works out to be unless cancelled I will not be workingout when helpingat SIL's.
