Blender- " Total Body- Single, Single, Double" - 37 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Rowing & Lower Body Weights EMOM

Today we all have the Thanksgiving dinner hangover :(. Today I managed an STS Meso 2 lower body workout. I did 2 sets instead of 3 per round = 35 minutes (including my stretch).

Annette - I saw your pic on FB with your soon to be DIL? You look so strong!

Siobhan, not sure how strong looks but thanks for the compliment. It was a nice shower and yes, the young lady with me in the picture (with just 2 of us) is my future daughter in law.

Today I did a Cardio Kickboxing with Mzi Mnyazi Episode 11 which is a new one. It was very good and 50 minutes long.

Much cooler today but it feels good coming through the window after a sweaty workout.

Finished off with Stretch Max#3 with band at 18 minutes.

breeze.

Hey ladies, just wondering if you have heard anything about the new series release date? I may have missed it. Just need to know when to start that coffee pot!
 
Nicki, I wouldn’t expect them until maybe in November sometime….we still have 4 clips
to see and they haven’t indicated that the replication has begun…..and they will have
to be trucked back….sigh…..such a long extended wait…..I already started the coffee
& I have drank so much, I could float:):)
