Morning to you all ladies. :)

Best of luck at the PT Henriette & at the Chiro Linda! ((take care))

This morning I started with the warm-up & standing poses from Cathe Yoga max and then Physique57 FIT. Really tough but felt alright!

Looking forward to reading up on your workouts later!! It's my DH's birthday tomorrow & I am stressing a bit as I didn't get him anything that I think will be a great present. lol.

Hi Elsie,

Today I did another Cathe EDT workout blender workout. I did EDT chest/triceps from xtrain. I also did a Cathe EDT STS push ups from meso 1 with Afterburn segments. That was tough. I did my own stretch.

My daughter Ceci did a Cathe EDT workout both yesterday and today from the workout blender. She is back on Cathe!!!!

Elsie - Have never done a physique workout. are they tough?

Have a great day everyone.

Hi Elsie and all who follow,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 4 ladies. (51 minutes long)I did 40 minutes of weight work.

I am subbing again for zumba on Thursday morning.

Have a great day!

Well, this is my first & the first is always tough right? lol. I found it on wellvideo awhile back & forgot that I had the download. Was looking for something low/er impact today without a great deal of lower body and it fit the bill. I would like to try more of their workouts, but dang, they are another one of these Barre outfits that charges just far too much!! lol. Perhaps I will do the free trial sometime.

Hi,

A little late with my Monday check in. I gave a bball training yesterday after work and then at night I did 3x15min upper body EDT, covering Chest, back, shoulders, bi's and tri's. I did some homework first, reading Muscle Logic, but it says to aim for 50 reps in 15min per exercise. I seem to always end up with around 100. I guess that means I need to go heavier, but if I go heavier my form goes down, esp. with moves like Military Press. I do 10 reps per exercise and am usually struggling with reps 8-10 by round 7. Perhaps it's not so bad doing EDT this way.... it's the same principles, quality over quantity and limited by time not reps, only due to lighter weights I do more. I was already using my 9kg dumbells for bi's barbell at it's heaviest for chest & back (20kg seeing it's one of those Body Pump sets), so I would really have to buy for instance the Selectech I have been eyeing for years if I need to go much heavier.

Siobhan - seeing you are also doing EDT, do you have any tips?

This afternoon is my PT appointment and then I hope he will have me do another Step w/o or other higher impact leg w/o tonight. That's why I went for upper body yesterday.

Have a good Tuesday.
