Today was a rest day - I did Athletica Powerstrike for the first time. At first I wasn't sure if I would be okay with the drum music, but it grew on me and I was working up a good sweat! I really like the instructor ( can't spell her name though..).

i was tired this morning so I did a beginner's yoga which was a great stretch - just what i needed.

I did Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox (25 min. of it) which is combos 1-2 and the combined.

At least it was something, this working thing is for the birds, LOL!!:eek:

Getting up in the morning is for the birds.;)

Hi Ladies - I just finished my workout. It was a 20 min total body weight work (The same Randy Coutour workout from the other day) then added 10 min of interval cardio, finished off with two sets of eight reverse pull ups and hanging knee raises.

Was a wierd day at work....I totally wasnt in to it today. There were times when my boss was telling me something that was important to her and I would drift away and have visions of wacking her like the scenes from the old TV show Allie McBeal..... ah well. :p
