Hi ladies,

DH in the computer bedroom all weekend, so I didn't have access to check in!

Saturday - ME
Sunday - Two the Max
Today rest day - Rob's Amazing Cardio Combo step section.

Sherman is having trouble with his stitches, so we are back and forth to the vet right now. Frustrating, but he isn't in any discomfort. We are, but he isn't!
 
Good morning Conni,

I knew you were still working out. You are a Fitness Queen!

This morning I did the Bootcamp/ME combo. I lasted only 45 minutes as I am still not feeling 100%. I must have a bit of a bug that hasn't been fully realized (due to all my juicing/green drinks etc.... ????? I don't know).

I did more yoga last night to keep stretching. It's really helping.

Carmen - sounds like you had a nice weekend and great weather. it was pretty warm here too, in pockets.

Annette - more kickboxing today? or is it weights?

Lesia - hope to hear what Cathe workout you did!

Kickboxing it is... did 25 min. of This is Taebo with my weighted gloves on, I have an afternoon sub job in an hour so I was happy to force myself out of bed so I could get a workout in!!

Hi Ladies - I got an intense 12 min workout in. It was a workout I created inspired by the Zwow's and bodyrock workouts I've been doing.
(2 thrusters and 10 mt.climbers, crunch lift with stability ball; ski hops; reptile pushups - 3 rounds). Very taxing!

Connie - glad to hear sherman is not in too much discomfort.
