Today I'm starting the November rotation, so it's KPC for me. I'm adding on CTX: biceps.

I am continuing with my own rotation which I'll add at the end, but today I am wanting a tough workout so I'll do BC x 2.
Then of course it will be house blessing a la flylady and the regular routines.

I too will be starting the Nov rotation so KPC is up for me as well. I was thinking about switching that to Kickmax though because I haven't had the chance to do that one yet....we'll see what happens.

Wendy - I love KPC a lot better when KM, but it is still a nice workout as well

Judy, Dutchie is fine just taking a break from the boards as she has been quite busy. I do need to email her...:)

It's pouring here! I didn't get my run in yesterday. Had a bad day...just did a premix from SJP/SB. So its a run in the rain today, abs, freestlye legs and GS BSB.

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Yeah, I am back. WTH. LOL! Yesterday my son and I worked out to KPC.

Today I will be doing 400 walking lunges with 15# db's. Core work to SJP, PP, BC and CW. Followed by PUB.

Had an awesome weekend!!! Went and seen SAW 2 as well. The weather has been like summertime here.

Morning :)

I had a great weekend too. I wasn't able to do my evening workouts neither Saturday or Sunday, didn't have enough time, only managed to run both days. I cooked a big dinner, Sunday and had my kids and sister’s over.

This morning, I was a tab bit tired and woke up, or should I say slept late :( ;-) I finally got me butt up and did Legs & Glutes, tonight, I'm going to finish the floor work from L&G and then do P90X CS&T aw…can’t wait. Keep up the good work ;-) Back to work!

Morning all! I decided to start the November rotation this week, so it was KPC for me this morning. I think losing my 10 pounds before I go to Vegas is NOT going to happen after the weekend I had. Oh well, I'll just keep working out and trying to eat somewhat healthy (it IS the Holiday's}( ) and I'll look however I look. I'll have a great time regardless.

Hello everyone,

Today for me was Day 1 of the Nov. rotation--KPC.

I made a promise to myself that I am GOING to FINALLY complete a rotation in its entirety, "NO EXCUSES", and see what results I can achieve.

Now, if only I could afford a nutritionist to come and live with me. ;(

Hi everyone -

Today is the start of the second week of the November rotation. Like Haydee said - I am going to finish my first full rotation this month! I did do 3 weeks of the October Rotation - but stopped short to start the November one.

Tonight is KickMax which I have yet to try - so I am looking forward to it!
