Today's workouts: (kind of a longer, but lighter day)

Fit Tower- Slim & Trim dvd- (Warmup, Upper Body workout, Stretch) - 16 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body AMRAP
YT-Redwoods- Cardio drumming w/ Lindsay - 19 min.

I agree with you! Glad tomorrow is election day! Tired of the negative ad campaigns and the endless commercials.

Not sure I will be able to get anything end today. Have contractors at the house. I may be able to get to the gym depending on how long they are here.
 
Hi ladies,

Yes, I do want the election over with so tired of phone calls, TV commercials and all that it entails.

Today I found a new to me instructor named Jasmine Mays, she owns a gym in Las Vegas. She had a 35 minute Kickboxing workout on YouTube and it was very good. Lots of new punches and combos that I enjoyed learning.

But it wasn't quite enough so I did my trusty Clau and Paty Kickboxing /Cardio Workout for 20 minutes which is half the workout and still got me sweating. Might do floorwork later.
