I braved the cold wind and flurries(
) to teach 6 ladies my Silver and Fit 5 which is a newer one that we haven't done very often. And it was one of my ladies' 87th birthday today, so we sung her Happy Birthday at the end. The workout was around 60 minutes.
Then I did 47 minutes of a full body (focus on chest though) weight workout including barbell chest press, cables, dumbbells and calf raiae machine and leg press machine. Then floorwork for abs and a stretch.
Now off to change clothes and go for my squishogram!
